**How to Prepare:**

 **Find a Quiet Space:** Ensure you're in a comfortable, quiet room where you won’t be disturbed.

 **Stable Internet Connection:** Make sure you have a reliable internet connection for an uninterrupted Zoom call.

 **Wear Comfortable Clothing:** Opt for loose, comfortable attire to facilitate relaxation.

 **Hydrate:** Drink plenty of water before the session to stay hydrated.

 **Light Stomach:** Have a light meal before the session. Avoid heavy foods, coffee, and alcohol for optimal effects.

**Set Intentions:** Take a few moments to reflect on your goals and what you hope to achieve from the session.

 **Open Mind & Heart:** Approach the session with an open mind and heart, ready to embrace the healing experience.

 

**Integration Techniques After Session:**

**Grounding:** Post-session, spend some time grounding yourself. Walk barefoot on the grass, sit under a tree, or simply focus on deep, steady breathing.

**Journaling:** Write down your experiences and any insights you gained during the session. This helps to anchor the energy shifts.

**Meditation:** Engage in a short meditation to assimilate the energetic changes.

**Gentle Movement:** Practise gentle stretching or yoga to help integrate the new energy.
